Inline ECU tuning
Live, on-vehicle calibration with continuous datalogging. We adjust fuelling, timing and boost while the engine is running, under the loads it will actually see — never blind, never from a desk.
We calibrate engine control units the only way that survives real road conditions — on the vehicle, under load, with live datalogging and closed-loop correction. Inline. Iterative. Verified.
Live, on-vehicle calibration with continuous datalogging. We adjust fuelling, timing and boost while the engine is running, under the loads it will actually see — never blind, never from a desk.
Targeted optimization of OEM stock maps for power, torque and efficiency. Bench or OBD flashing, original-file archival, and a clean revert path on every job. No generic file shopping.
Iterative refinement using live telemetry — knock, AFR/lambda, EGT, MAP and rail pressure are all logged at high resolution, fed back into the map, then re-verified. The calibration converges on the engine, not the other way round.
Bespoke calibration for non-standard builds — forced induction conversions, alternative fuels, engine swaps, agricultural and marine work. Full OBD/UDS diagnostics, fault-code root-cause, and ECU repair where viable.
A calibration is only worth the fuel it consumes. We tune for the whole map — part-throttle response, off-boost manners, transient fuelling, cold-start behaviour, gearshift quality — not just the peak number you brag about at the lights.
Every job leaves with a full before/after datalog, a written calibration report, and the original OEM file archived in case you ever want to revert. Nothing locked, nothing hidden.
* Figures are workshop averages. Individual vehicle results vary by mechanical condition, fuel quality, and stage selected.
Forced-induction petrols, naturally-aspirated track builds, late-model GT cars. Knock-limited calibration with conservative thermal margins and full datalog sign-off.
Petrol and diesel passenger vehicles tuned for efficiency, response and drivability — without compromising emissions compliance.
Common-rail diesel vans calibrated for laden torque, fuel economy and consistent EGT under continuous duty cycles.
Heavy-duty diesel calibration for fleet operators — lower BSFC, controlled EGT, AdBlue/SCR compliant, fleet-tracking ready.
Tractors, harvesters, telehandlers and plant. Reduced fuel burn over long PTO duty cycles without changing OEM safety envelopes.
Inboard and sterndrive diesel/petrol calibration. Corrected for engine-bay air ingestion, humid intake conditions, and the continuous WOT cycles typical of marine use.
Standalone or modified OEM ECUs for time-attack, rally, hillclimb and circuit. Launch, anti-lag, traction strategies — built to the rulebook of your series.
Passenger transport calibration prioritising fuel economy and reliable torque availability across the operating range.
OBD/UDS scan, mechanical inspection, fault-code triage. We will not calibrate a vehicle that is sick. Anything iffy is flagged and quoted before we touch the map.
~ 45 minOriginal ECU file read out via OBD or bench, hashed, and archived against the vehicle identifier. Three copies — workshop, cloud, customer-deliverable.
~ 30 minStock map captured on the vehicle — full RPM and load range, idle through to redline. We log everything we are about to change, so the before/after comparison is real and not a guess.
~ 1 hrMap edits to fuelling, ignition timing (petrol) or injection timing (diesel), boost target, rail pressure where applicable, torque-limiter strategy, and transient response. Inline where the ECU supports live writes; bench otherwise.
~ 2–4 hrLoaded road pulls and steady-state datalogs across multiple gears, loads and ambient conditions. Knock, lambda, EGT, MAP, oil and coolant temperatures all kept inside OEM limits — every pass, every gear.
~ 2 hrFinal calibration report with before/after torque-and-power curves derived from datalogs, full log archive, written change notes, and a clean revert path. You leave knowing exactly what was changed and why.
~ 30 minA safe calibration is one where every change is bounded by physics and verified against the engine's actual response. We do not push headline figures past what cooling, fuelling and structural margins will hold for the life of the vehicle.
Every parameter we touch is referenced back to the OEM data — knock retention windows, torque-limiter strategy, thermal envelopes — and every job ends with a datalog that proves the engine is still inside them.
Same-day diagnostic slots are usually available mid-week. For larger jobs — standalone fitments, motorsport builds, fleet contracts — book a consultation first so we can scope the calibration target against your platform.
