Real-time solutions

Iterative refinement using live telemetry — knock, AFR/lambda, EGT, MAP and rail pressure are all logged at high resolution, fed back into the map, then re-verified. The calibration converges on the engine, not the other way round.

A calibration is only worth the fuel it consumes. We tune for the whole map — part-throttle response, off-boost manners, transient fuelling, cold-start behaviour, gearshift quality — not just the peak number you brag about at the lights.

Every job leaves with a full before/after datalog, a written calibration report, and the original OEM file archived in case you ever want to revert. Nothing locked, nothing hidden.

04 / Process

How a job actually runs
through the workshop.

STEP 01

Intake & diagnostic

OBD/UDS scan, mechanical inspection, fault-code triage. We will not calibrate a vehicle that is sick. Anything iffy is flagged and quoted before we touch the map.

STEP 02

Baseline read & archive

Original ECU file read out via OBD or bench, hashed, and archived against the vehicle identifier. Three copies — workshop, cloud, customer-deliverable.

STEP 03

Baseline road log

Stock map captured on the vehicle — full RPM and load range, idle through to redline. We log everything we are about to change, so the before/after comparison is real and not a guess.

STEP 04

Calibration

Map edits to fuelling, ignition timing (petrol) or injection timing (diesel), boost target, rail pressure where applicable, torque-limiter strategy, and transient response. Inline where the ECU supports live writes; bench otherwise.

STEP 05

Iterative verification

Loaded road pulls and steady-state datalogs across multiple gears, loads and ambient conditions. Knock, lambda, EGT, MAP, oil and coolant temperatures all kept inside OEM limits — every pass, every gear.

Sign-off & handover

Final calibration report with before/after torque-and-power curves derived from datalogs, full log archive, written change notes, and a clean revert path. You leave knowing exactly what was changed and why.

05 / Discipline

Performance is arithmetic.
Not optimism.

A safe calibration is one where every change is bounded by physics and verified against the engine's actual response. We do not push headline figures past what cooling, fuelling and structural margins will hold for the life of the vehicle.

Every parameter we touch is referenced back to the OEM data — knock retention windows, torque-limiter strategy, thermal envelopes — and every job ends with a datalog that proves the engine is still inside them.
